BP Local Legends

Welcome to the BP Local Legends page! This is the ultimate list of bands and artists from Southeast Missouri and surrounding areas who have established themselves as an icon, or "local legend". You never know how many great musicians come from this area until you put them all on one list, so hopefully this will inspire local musicians to take their craft to the next level. Because it doesn't matter where you're from, it's where you're going.

Criteria for inductees should include the influence and significance of the artist’s contributions to the development and perpetuation of the local music scene, as well as overall success in the music industry. Inductees must have recorded, performed, or actively been involved with music for more than 10 years, and must be from Southeast Missouri or surrounding areas.
